1. Do you only care for individuals diagnosed with Dementia/ Alzheimer's? - While I specialize in caring for these diagnosis, I have also cared for those with a variety of home care needs including mobility needs, post-hospitalization care, nurse advocacy, and education in memory care, diabetes management and living heart healthy. |

2. Do you bill to private insurances and/or Medicare/Medicaid? - Schwartz Home Care Services is a home care services company, not a healthcare company. Therefore I am considered a non-participating provider, so I can only offer services on a private-pay basis. |

3. What is private-pay and what would be the hourly rate? - Private-pay means care services are paid for out-of-pocket and unable to be billed to health insurance or medicare/medicaid policies. - My hourly rate is $40/hour on weekdays and $50/hour on weekends and holidays. |
